About us
The American English Academy - Bridgeport has been accredited by The Commission on English Language Program Accreditation (CEA), which is a specialized accrediting agency that focuses on post-secondary intensive English language programs and institutions.
We are accredited since 2019 and have worked with many students and clients worldwide. The center itself is in the heart of downtown Bridgeport. No matter where you are in the area, you can easily reach us.
Bridgeport is also known as "The Park City" because of its 1,300 acres of public park space aside from the popular Pleasure Beach and Seaside Parks. It is like each of us, residents, has a space in the park for relaxation and family gatherings.
Connecticut belongs to the Tri-State Region, commonly referred to as the greater New York (City) area, is made up of three states: New York (NY), New Jersey (NJ), and Connecticut (CT).
A train trip between Bridgeport and New York is around 1h 25m, although the fastest train will take about 1h 17m.
